Brief 
For Vivid 10 year anniversary, we looked at how to improve Vivid Live’s website. The previous website, although informative, did not have the user in mind and did not reflect Sydney Opera House brand style guide. We needed a microsite that worked within the Sydney Opera House website modules whilst putting our customer experience at the forefront. There was also the desire to be able to showcase and relive the past 10 years of Vivid Live.

Outcome
Looking at the information architecture, I broke down the hierarchy of information that is relevant to our customers. I put information digestion, navigation and the user journey at the forefront whilst simultaneously making it aesthetically pleasing and adhering to Sydney Opera House’s guidelines. As a surprise and delight for our customers, we included a user generated section on the homepage and placed Spotify playlists in relevant areas to enhance their experience. The new layout proved successful, we used the same wireframe for Vivid Live 2019.
